Emma has been a member of a number of bands - including: Bad karma (former front-woman), Piston Broke, Baby Karma, The Awkwards, and The Deviadas - but in 2001 Emma began to perform as a solo artist after Chris Thomson from The Bathers recorded a solo demo for her, the result being, Emma is carving out a successful career and has gone on to support various artists such as: Frank Turner, Rose Kemp, Duke Special, Midge Ure, The Wrigly Sisters, Fish, James Grant, Astrid Williamson, and many others. From time to time Emma performs alongside Dusty Valentino, Emma & Dusty's Myspace.
